Restoration of 8000 m² office block
A former office building was reconstructed into a condominium apartment building.
Our task was to install all plumbing lines, the heating system, water pipes and wastewater.
We also supported the architects with technical planning.

Complete refurbishment of an apartment building
The construction project included the entire renovation work of 30 residential units including planning, consulting and construction management of the project. In addition to our plumbing and heating works, we managed painting, bricklaying, carpentry and electrical work.
Renovation of heating, hot and cold water pipes, installation of hot water storage tanks and drains.
Complete renovation of bathrooms and kitchens, with tile laying work, installation of high-quality fittings, wall hung toilets, insulated corner baths and bathroom radiators.
